Elizabeth J. Dalton practices primarily in the areas of family law and real estate. Prior to joining Mohr & Sullivan, she practiced civil defense litigation for several years, in the areas of personal injury, toxic tort, and municipal law.
Ms. Dalton graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2012. During law school, Ms. Dalton performed pro bono work with the Housing Law Clinic at the Legal Aid Justice Center, and assisted low-income clients in all kinds of housing-related litigation. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Dalton graduated summa cum laude from DePaul University and received her B.A. in History with a minor in Italian.
